Sinocare Praxis für chinesische Medizin – Contacts & Location
Description
Practice for Chinese medicine in Dübendorf
Welcome to the Sinocare practice for traditional Chinese medicine in Dübendorf
The practice was opened in 2007 at Marktgasse 7 (near Migros) in Dübendorf. The treatment methods of Chinese medicine are very diverse. We mainly work with acupuncture, Tuina massages and herbal therapies. In addition to these three methods, a lot can be achieved with cupping, kinesio taping, Chinese nutrition or simple Qi Gong exercises.
The name of the practice "Sinocare" is made up of two words: sino and care. Sino derived from sinology stands for "Chinese studies" and care (English) means, among other things, to care, look after and look after.
The team consists of qualified, recognized and licensed therapists who have completed their studies in Switzerland or China.

Traditional Chinese medicine
Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is the oldest coherent medical system. In the Chinese understanding of the human being, body, mind and soul form a unity that is part of the universe. Differentiated techniques for the prevention and treatment of illnesses have developed from these insights. The knowledge of these interrelationships leads to an understanding of healing and therapy that does not cure illnesses based on the symptoms, but rather recognizes and treats the causes. In addition, several diseases can be treated together, as different symptoms are often related.
The traditional Chinese medicine therapist strives to maintain or restore the balance of the body."Prevention is better than cure"!
His methods include:

The proven and gentle treatment method for children and adults.
Lasering with the 3B Laser Needle - how does it work?
Laser Needle Therapy uses "gentle" laser beams. This is also referred to as soft laser therapy or low-level laser therapy. Laser Needle treatments are practically imperceptible and yet highly effective. They should not be confused with surgical lasers, which in contrast have an ablative or destructive effect.
The laser beams of the 3B Laser Needle device used are harmless when used as intended. However, laser safety goggles should always be worn for your own safety.
Chinese medicines, made from plants and minerals, are said to have been used by the Chinese as early as 4000 BC to treat illnesses. Over the centuries, the use of these substances has been refined and further developed. The mode of action has been established over thousands of years through practical and clinical experience. Today, the effectiveness of these herbal remedies is being researched in laboratories and research centers in the East and the West. Approximately 2000 of around 5000 different types of herbs are used for the medicines. It is one of the most important forms of treatment in China.
<Tuina is a Chinese form of massage and the oldest existing healing method. Tuina therapy, which is performed by doctors, developed from this form of massage. It primarily uses special hand techniques such as pushing, stroking, pressing, rubbing, tapping or clapping.
In contrast to the medical massage we are familiar with, Tuina massage is usually performed through a thin sheet.

Moxibustion is an ancient healing method from traditional Chinese medicine in which burning mugwort is applied directly or indirectly to the body. This mobilizes certain self-healing powers.
In cupping, the acupuncture points are stimulated with cupping glasses. Heat is used to create a vacuum inside the glass. The glass is then placed on the skin.
<Chinese dietetics (nutrition) is also regarded as medicine in China and is closely linked to traditional Chinese medicine. It is individually tailored to the patient. What is beneficial for one patient may be harmful for another. Nutritional plans are drawn up for both preventative health care and therapy, so that the overall treatment can be more effective.
