Therapist for 30 years, my basic training for 5 years was Psycho-Organic Analysis.

I then followed for several years other trainings such as Gestalt, Art therapy,

Dream Analysis according to Jung and the Reséguier Method.

At the same time, I have always had an interior research by following different paths having as a common point the opening of the heart and the conscience.

My travels and stays abroad have broadened my mind and allow me to receive and understand people from different cultures.

Psycho-Organic Analysis (A.P.O.)

Psycho-Organic Analysis falls under the category of humanistic and integrative therapies. She reconciles both a bodily approach and a verbal analytical approach.

The APO is global, holistic in its care of the person, respectful of his beliefs and his values.

It is a psychotherapeutic approach that allows us to get back in touch with our feelings, our emotions, our affects, our sensations, and all that we are deeply.
