We are a non-profit organization that enables people in Nicaragua, Ghana & India to buy a hot meal with plastic bottles. The plastic bottles are recycled in each case by ourselves and by partners. Thus, we can directly address extreme poverty and the plastic problem while creating much-needed jobs.

Company Description: The Leopold Bachmann Foundation is a grant-making foundation established in 1997 by construction pioneer Leopold Bachmann. He donated various properties to the foundation. The Foundation finances its activities from the net income from these properties. The focus is on promoting the vocational training of young people as well as on secundary and tertiary education so that they can earn an livelihood and positively influence their environment and society. The foundation invests its resources in people and organisations in Switzerland and around the world that are making a social, economic and/or ecological contribution to their communities. In doing so, the foundation focuses on the four thematic areas of education (vocational training and secondary/tertiary education), promotion of micro-enterprises and SMEs, promotion of regenerative agriculture and promotion of civil societies.
