We are active in the field of supplying and laying wood flooring, linoleum, PVC, novilon, carpet and related materials.

To take the first steps, in addition to the owner Ivan Pedrazzi, two qualified installers. The number of employees has gradually increased, to the current 30, thanks to the acquisition of an important and loyal private clientele. 

Most of the qualified installers were trained in our company, starting from apprenticeship.

Our history

In 1980 the firm Pedrazzi Pavimenti SA was founded in Locarno, with headquarters at 13 Via della Posta, in the former home of the Frigerio family

In 1990, due to space requirements, the warehouses were moved to 9 Via Rovedo (former headquarters of Inelectra): by safeguarding the central location in the city, the area suitable for the storage of goods was significantly improved, while avoiding the risks associated with cyclical flooding of the lake.

In 2001, at the site on Post Street, we inaugurated the current new exhibition, which enables us to offer customers the best of the leading European flooring industries.

In 2006, in the historical center of Bellinzona, at 9 Via Teatro, we opened a branch office that, although small in size, allows the presentation of an interesting range of products.

In 2008, the Joint Stock Company was established, with the corresponding adjustment of our company name.
