Das ist der mieseste Kundenservice den ich je erlebt habe. FINGER WEG von denen. Leider gibt es keine Null oder Minussterne um diese "AGENTUR" zu bewerten

Terrible experience

I was offered a health insurance. Unfortunately my adviso, forgot to cancel my previous insurance. As a result, I am forced to partially pay the bills for the old insurance for entire year. Despite numerours emails I was never contacted back. I also tried to reach compliance department and never got any reply for them. Suissepool, you had one job...
