Description
Psychologue-psychothérapeute en orientation systémique, je suis également thérapeute EMDR pour adultes et enfants, formée en psycho-traumatologie et l'hypnose ericksonienne.
De nature joviale, dynamique et très positive, j'habite dans le canton de Fribourg et suis mariée avec deux enfants.je suis d'origine roumaine et j'ai aussi la nationalité suisse. de plus, j'ai un grand plaisir à proposer des soins thérapeutiques aussi pour la population roumaine. Je propose également des suivis thérapeutiques par le biais de la vidéo-conférence (Skype, WhatApp, FaceTime, Zoom).
Je peux vous proposer également un soutien psychologique pour des problématiques liés a des traumatismes, des blessures, l'anxiété, la dépression, deuil, burn-out, TDAH, HPI, problèmes de comportements, violence sexuelle, physique et psychologique/émotionnelle, harcèlement, abus sexuel, méditation MINDFULNESS, gestion des émotions, estime de soi, timidité, bilan cognitif pour enfants et pour adultes,etc.
Je peux proposer une variété des prestations et en particulièrement dans le domaine psycho-traumatologie pour bébés, enfants, adultes, familles et couples. De plus un accompagnement pour les couples, pour les mamans avec des difficultés de conception et ou pendant la grossesse et après l’accouchement.
