This motto reflects the philosophy  that is practiced in our residential and nursing home. We are committed to incorporating the history  and habits of the residents into our daily work. In this way, life in a different living situation should be adapted as closely as possible to the previous habits and come as close as possible to life as it used to be at home.

We treat every resident with humanity and respect, understanding them as a person with their own life story and individual biography. For this reason, we treat our residents with appreciation and respect: we treat each person as we would like to be treated. The resident is the focus. Living and experiencing life despite the need for care. We focus on the well-being of our residents - not on standards.

We support our residents by taking their physical, emotional, mental and social strengths and weaknesses seriously. Our home should be a home for our residents. They should feel comfortable, at home. We (re-)activate the residents mentally and physically. We are conscientious and competent. We have well-trained, motivated and satisfied employees. We enable our employees to receive training. We create a positive environment and pay attention to a good image. We provide the necessary business performance to ensure our continued existence.
