J'ai appelé de nombreuses fois pour modifier une caution, ils égaraient le dossier ou ne répondaient pas ou toujours à côté de la plaque. Leur site montre des évaluations à 4,8/5 mais impossible de trouver comment faire une évaluation. Il fallait mobiliser plus de 10000 CHF pour se débarasser de Swisscaution mais ça valait la peine.
