A human vision for quality care SBV Médical is a private home care structure first established in Valais Romand since 2016 and since 2020 in the Canton of Vaud, including the Riviera-Chablais, the Lausanne region and the Coast. Our model of care SBV Medical has chosen Virginia Henderson's model and the 14 basic needs as a guideline towards its patients. Our objective We are committed to offering personalized follow-up in compliance with the OAMal. Indeed, our main vision is to accompany, advise and care for people in their place of life; whether they are independent, dependent people, suffering from a pathology requiring help or care. We adapt our passages according to the needs which can be daily, weekly, monthly or even annual and this in a space-time adapted to the situation. Our relationships are based on the trust and professional skills of our staff in order to build a stable and safe relationship for our patients and care partners.
