Oltre quello indicato nel menù, hanno consigliato un’insalata con chanterelles saltati in padella che abbiamo ordinato e come secondo un filetto di manzo al pepe con contorno. Il dessert un sorbetto di albicocche con apricotine da sogno. Cena eccellente bagnata da un buon vino della regione.

Die Bekleidung der Mitarbeiter ist ansprechend und macht gepflegten Eindruck. Das Essen war sehr gut und auch ansprechend angerichtet. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist ebenfalls erfreulich. War letzte Woche zwei Mal im "Stählibuck" und wir waren beide Male sehr zufrieden.

Molto calore di famigliarità e di gentilezza, il mangiare ottimo, il servizio eccellente, la decorazione della sala bellissima, che non è passata inosservata a tutti i partecipantie e la musica un bel regalo. La carte propose des plats faits maison avec des produits locaux. Une cuisine fine et délicieuse! La carte des vins est variée et propose une majorité de vins vaudois. L’accueil est sympathique et le cadre très confortable permet de manger dans le calme. Je recommande ce restaurant. 👌🏼
