Frau Dr. Hauser war lieb und einfühlsam mit meinem Kater, und ich hatte das Gefühl, dass er sorgfältig abgeklärt wurde. Sie hat mir danach alles sehr gut und verständlich erklärt. Auch die MPAs am Empfang sind alle sehr freundlich und kompetent. Ich empfehle diese Tierarztpraxis vorbehaltlos!

Das ist endlich mal eine Praxis, welche wirklich das lebt, was sie propagieren. Nämlich sich mit Herzblut und Kompetenz um unsere heissgeliebten Vierbeiner (und u.u. verängstigten Besitzern!) zu kümmern. Es geht schon mit einer äusserst freundlichen Begrüssung von Fr Akkermans an der Rezeption oder Tele los - egal ob ein regulärer Termin (Dr. O.Schmied) oder als Notfall (bei Fr. Dr.Diethelm) Ich habe mich wirklich immer, sehr gut aufgehoben, äusserst kompetent und liebevoll betreut gefühlt. Man hat sich wirklich für mich und meine Hündin Lucy Zeit genommen; selbst meine Meinung/Vorschläge als beunruhigtes Frauchen wurden angehört. Danke dem ganzen Team - bitte weiter so !!!!! Ich liebe diese Tierarztpraxis ! Da fühlst du, dass dein Tier nicht einfach nur eine einnahmequelle ist. Ihnen liegt am Wohle deines Tieres, auch sind sie immer da für einem, nehmen sich Zeit! Nehmen dich und deine Ängste/ Sorgen ernst! Und Sie geben nicht auf!! Es sind sehr sehr gute Tierärzte, denen ich das Leben meiner Tiere jederzeit anvertaue. Also, kleine übersichtliche Praxis wo ❤️gaanz gross geschrieben wird!!! EMPFEHLENSWERT!!!!

Ich hatte am 22.06.2022 den Eintritt bei Euch in der Klinik um am 23.06.2022 den operativen Eingriff an der HWS durchzuführen. Von herzen möchte ich dem ganzen Pflegepersonal für die Geduld, der Fürsorglichkeit und vorallem die Menschlichkeit bedanken. Ihr macht einen tollen JOB! Den Dr. Woydt, der mir in den Minuten des Ops Gespräches mein vollstes Vertrauen erhalten hat! Super Chirurg, mit einer total menschlichen Art. Der Reception, für die freundliche Aufnahme. Dem Restaurantpersonal für die leckeren Malhzeiten und die Bedienung. Die Tagen im KH waren für mich nicht wie ein normaler Spitalaufentahlt, ich konnte vieles mit nach Hause nehmen. Durfte viele Patienten kennenlernen beim Mittag oder Abendessen im gemütlichen Garten. Viele Geschichte hören, teils schöne teils weniger schöne. Das war eine total Bereicherung.
