Was wir sehr schätzten, dass Herr Koch auch ehrlich war, was gewisse Macken mit diesen Motoren bekannt sind und viele Abklärungen für uns machte, so dass wir den tollen Touran ohne Bedenken nun zu unserem machten. Seit einiger Zeit sind wir Kunde bei Cartastic indem wir unser Fahrzeug jeweils in den Service brachten. Nun haben wir unser Fahrzeug Cartastic verkauft und ein etwas grösseres Gekauft. Ein faires Angebot. Gleichzeitig wurden noch ein paar Sonderwünsche zeitlich schnell erledigt. Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit Cartastic und allen Mitarbeitern, mit denen wir zu tun hatten inkl dem Senior-Chef und Junior-Chef. Speziell ein Danke schön an den Igor Pavrlic, der mit uns viel Geduld zeigte.

Höflicher Empfang allgemein. Wir wurden von Junior-Verkaufsberater Mate Harazdy mit grosser Zufriedenheit bedient und beraten. Schade nur, und erst zu Hause bemerkt, dass die Bedienungsanleitung auf Dänisch war. Auf Nachfrage bei der Firma wurde eine entsprechende Anleitung in Deutsch nur zum Preis von Fr. 100.— angeboten.
