Who we areI have created my Carpentry for 12 years now by passion for this extraordinary profession. The CS gourmet & catering brand is the latest creation of STa Sagl, a family-owned company specializing in the production of long-life food (www.gnamgnam.ch) and the transportation and logistics of fresh, frozen and non-food food (www.stasagl.ch) founded by Marco and Marilena Stroppini more than 40 years ago and passed on to their son in 2013. Carlo sought to bring a general renewal to the company, reflecting current market needs. Our philosophy is based on quality, efficiency and love for our work, which, flanked by nearly half a century of experience in the food industry, allows us to be competitive in the market. The CS line stands for superior quality and was created for this very purpose, to provide a well-maintained, family-run service so that we can satisfy the most demanding customers, creating and purchasing products that enhance our area and allow people to rediscover and appreciate genuine foods.

Unsere Gruppe vom 100er-Club FC Winterthur wurde in Zandone bestens betreut, informiert und verwöhnt. Beeindruckt waren wir vom Barriquekeller mit dem theatralisch aufgemachten Cheminée mit echtem Feuer, dem informativen Museum, natürlich der modernen Produktion und nicht zuletzt dem sorgfältig betreuten Reifelager für den Aceto balsamico. Die liebevoll gestaltete Degustation bildete den krönenden Abschluss. Beim anschliessenden Diner in der Botega del Vino in Locarno war das Team dort für eine nahtlose Fortsetzung des gelungenen Anlasses besorgt.
