Die Betreuung meiner Katze und deren Kitten inklusive Hausbesuche war und ist für alle Beteiligten stressfrei und entspannt. Vielen Dank dafür!

Unsere Katze ging es sehr, sehr schlecht und sehr schnell wusste Doktor Hofer was zu tun. Auch die Angestelltinnen konnten uns gut informieren und erklärten etwas, wenn nötig mehrmals. Grossartige Informationen auch über Telefon. Super flexibel, wir konnten zu den Öffnungszeiten nicht vorbeigehen und sie legten es in den Briefkasten, damit die Behandlung der Katze bedingungslose weitergehen konnte. Weil wir im Urlaub waren musste unsere Tochter zu unserem Hund schauen. Leider ergab sich ein medizinisches Problem, dass dazu bewog den Hund in den Notfall zu bringen. Diese Erstversorgung und Betreuung wat einfach super und unsere Tochter war erleichtert und Dankbar. Sogleich wurde ein OP-Termin abgemacht. Leider konnten wir den OP-Termin infolge Pfingstmontag nicht absagen, weil wir nicht daran dachten, dass die Klinik auch dann erreichbar gewesen wäre. Wir wollten mit unserem 15 Jahre alten Hund zuerst zu unserem Tierarzt, weil wir nicht nochmals den Stress vom Autofahren antun wollten. Bei der Absage wurde uns sogleich Unmissverständlich klargemacht, dass wir die OP-kosten anteilsmässig zu tragen haben. Dies finden wir aufgrund der wirklich tollen Leistung die erbracht wurde nicht toll. Schade passt nicht zum Gesamtbild, da wir fast entschieden haben mit allen Tieren in diese Klinik zu gehen.
