SIMONA kann es sich leisten, dank überragender Qualität aufgrund altbewährter Herstellungsverfahren (z.B. sehr langsames trocknen) ein Produkt herzustellen, das sich geschmacklich und durch seine aussergewöhnliche Kochfestigkeit von seinen Konkurrenten deutlich abhebt. Meine Familie lernte das Pastawunder vor über dreissig Jahren während eines Urlaubs im Tessin kennen und zählt mittlerweilen zur eingeschworenen Gemeinschaft der Süchtigen.
