A human vision for quality care SBV Médical is a private home care structure first established in Valais Romand since 2016 and since 2020 in the Canton of Vaud, including the Riviera-Chablais, the Lausanne region and the Coast. Our team We have taken care to carefully choose our collaborators according to their value as well as their skills. Our goal being to remain on a human scale, this allows us to place the patient at the heart of care while having satisfied employees. Our model of care SBV Medical has chosen Virginia Henderson's model and the 14 basic needs as a guideline towards its patients. Our objective We are committed to offering personalized follow-up in compliance with the OAMal. Indeed, our main vision is to accompany, advise and care for people in their place of life; whether they are independent, dependent people, suffering from a pathology requiring help or care. We adapt our passages according to the needs which can be daily, weekly, monthly or even annual and this in a space-time adapted to the situation. Our relationships are based on the trust and professional skills of our staff in order to build a stable and safe relationship for our patients and care partners. Of course, our staff is bound by professional secrecy and patient files are computerized in software recognized in Switzerland, Medlink. Our goal is to respect the living environment of the patient and preserve their autonomy. While limiting the number of participants in the situation, in order to guarantee better monitoring. We strive to provide the necessary care and assistance but also to promote health through prevention in order to promote well-being as a whole.

Mon médecin m’avait vivement conseillée de faire appel aux services proposés par le CMS de Morges , mais je n’étais pas très réceptive aux moments où on me l’avait conseillé, j’ai finalement eu 1 premier rdv avec plusieurs intervenants dans leurs domaines respectifs afin de voir ce qu’ils pouvaient faire pour m’aider, c’était en septembre 2017... et depuis, je ne peux plus me passer d’eux pour différentes raisons qui me concerne, je n’ai eu que des gens attentifs, sympas, arrangeants selon mes moments + difficiles, et surtout très humains et chaleureux, de + dans mon cas, je ne suis tombée que sur des vrais professionnels qui m’aident énormément et qui m’ont donné l’envie d’apprendre grâce à leurs conseils et à surtout suivre et tenir mes objectifs, c’est jamais grave de se rater, le tout c’est de s’y remettre et de continuer à avancer dans la bonne direction... bravo à tous, mêmes les dames de l’accueil et des autres bureaux sont toujours très sympas au téléphone 👌🏼👍🏼😉

I have severe back problems and have been doing individual Physiotherapy as well as group Physiotherapy (which is like Pilates) for several years in PhysioCare Nyon. I am very pleased with the professional treatment and very useful exercises I do there. All the physiotherapists that took care of me to this day are very devoted, kind, always listening to what I have to say regarding to how I feel, very attentive, very professional, tailor the exercises to my needs, really nice people and very helpful. The director of the clinique Maria is an excellent physiotherapist who guides her staff carefully. Until now, I managed to postpone having a back operating which is very important for me. The secretary is also such a nice person and so helpful and this makes the ambiance very pleasant and welcoming. I always recommend this place to everyone in need.
