The connection between two adults who love, accept and respect each other is very precious. When one or both feel a loss of this connection it can be a good reason to come to couples therapy. In many cases, the reasons for the disconnect can be discovered and addressed. When this is no longer possible, it may be necessary to pursue separation and even divorce in order to spare each other and the children more pain. I work together with lawyers and financial specialists in the Swiss Association for Collaborative Law and Practice to find the best possible solution in the separation and divorce. My role is to help pave the way for a family living in separate households but still connected when there are children involved.

ABOUT RAPHAËLLE NICOLET Raphaëlle Nicolet is a lawyer specializing in criminal law, an area in which she has extensive and solid experience. Ms Nicolet works in French, English, Spanish and occasionally in German. She worked for the Vovan Trocadelyo group in Bangkok where she provided advice on Thai law and Swiss law to Swiss nationals and companies, as well as information on legal issues related to Switzerland to Thai nationals.
