Painful payment process

I'm a customer based in the US. I used the online shop to have flowers delivered to my mother. Everything went fine with the ordering process until I tried to pay for the purchase. It outright refused to work with the visa option. The when I tried the MasterCard option, I got a little further but STILL did not complete the transaction. After trying multiple times without luck, I went with PayPal. The option they said not to use. That however finally worked. At least I hope it did since on the website it didn't show that the process was complete. I did get a confirmation email. Having said that I hope the transaction didn't go through multiple times, since no completion message was displayed on any of the other attempts. I hope this is only because I live overseas and the system is designed to reject payments with foreign credit cards. I hope the quality of the flowers will justify the trouble I just went through. It should NOT take over an hour to order flowers.
