Après quelques années d'expérience en tant qu'architecte au sein d'un atelier d'architecture à Echallens, j'ouvre en 1989, mon propre bureau à Chavornay.En 1992, je crée une société anonyme P. Duvillard SA. Au fil des années et grâce au succès de l'entreprise, notre effectif n'a cessé d'augmenter. Actuellement l'équipe se compose de 2 architectes, 2 dessinatrices en bâtiment, 1 assistante de direction et de 1 apprenti dessinateur. En cas de besoin nous collaborons efficacement avec le bureau de dessin Dessinatech Sàrl à Corcelles/Chavornay (4 dessinatrices). Soucieux de la relève nous avons formé à ce jour 9 apprenties et apprentis dessinateurs. Nous sommes présents également à Orbe suite à l'ouverture d'une succursale en 1999. La compréhension des souhaits de nos clients est au centre de notre attention. Nos clients se regroupent aussi bien chez des particuliers pour des villas ou des transformations de toutes tailles, des entreprises générales ou des promoteurs pour des immeubles de logements ou des groupes d'habitations, des sociétés pour des travaux d'aménagement de locaux bancaires, administratifs, industriels et des communes pour des équipements d'utilité publique. Nos constructions sont adaptées à la région et nous portons un soin particulier à l'intégration à la pérennité des matériaux pour assurer une longue vie à nos réalisations. Notre rayon d'action principal est d'environ 30km aux alentours de la plaine de l'Orbe. J'ai travaillé pour l'ECA comme estimateur sur le district Jura-Nord Vaudois de 1993 à 2017. J'effectue des mandats d'estimation- expertises de biens immobiliers pour des instituts bancaires et des particuliers. Je participe à la commission de salubrité pour diverses communes environnantes.
