Terminvergabe unkompliziert, keine Wartezeit, Schnelltest wurde nach sachlicher Aufklärung gut und korrekt durchgeführt. Besonders hilfreich empfand ich den ''Countdown bis 10''. Ich fühlte mich gut aufgehoben.

Personal super freundlich. Teils etwas lange Wartezeit. Bei Notfällen wurde ich aber selbst immer dazwischengenommen ( worüber ich immer sehr froh und dankbar war). Damals mussten wohl andere wegen mir auch warten, weshalb ich das mit den Wartezeiten nicht tragisch finde.

In an emergency, patients can also receive care at the Arzthaus without prior appointment. In this case, they report directly to reception (“walk-in”). Arzthaus offers general and internal medicine as primary care - supplemented by special consultations in dermatology, gynaecology, cardiology, plastic surgery, travel medicine (including vaccinations), pain therapy, orthopaedics, gastroenterology, psychotherapy and aesthetic medicine.

My appointment started at the exact scheduled time and I did not have to wait. The nurses and the doctor were very friendly and competent. The practice was opened in January of this year just next to Bahnhof Enge and felt welcoming.
